Book
Reviewer & Lecturer
Broward,
Palm Beach & Dade Counties
Ronelle
Delmont, long-time resident of Greenwich Village, was a newcomer to Florida's
book review and lecture circuit when she began an unexpected career in public
speaking in 1994.
Her
stimulating book and lecture topics are meant to provoke thought and be
entertaining at the same time.
A
Hunter College dropout more than 30 years ago, Ronelle found a fulfilling career
in the antiques business and, later, a love of Middle Eastern music led to
another career as a professional belly dancer
and
teacher.
She
now lives in South Florida with Parisian-born
husband,
Daniel Delmont, an international singer and talent agent. They have four
children and two grandchildren.
In
1995 Ronelle graduated from Florida
International University in Miami with a degree in International Relations.
She
had
also been
a
staff writer for the Broward Community College newspaper,
"The
Observer", and won a 1993 Journalism
Award for her coverage of the Ku Klux Klan and the
Haitian refugee crisis.
Ronelle publishes a
website concerned with the infamous Lindbergh Kidnapping Case of 1932.
Her site is dedicated
to Bruno Richard Hauptmann who was unjustly executed for that crime.
Ronelle is writing a
book about the case and has been giving lectures throughout Florida based on the
latest information and research concerning Charles Lindbergh's probable guilt in
the death of his firstborn son.
